Barcelona, and south to Sevilla
/Once again I have hopped a flight across the pond to continue practicing my Spanish and set out to see something new. First, I had to catch up with myself in Barcelona so I took long walks every day and a fw images. I watched some locals dance traditional dances for the Castañada, (a traditional celebration in the fall on Halloween and Nov 1, when chestnuts and sweet potatoes are roasted in public and sold on the streets where they are eaten happily by hand.)
I found a park I had never seen and enjoyed much warmer temps that my friends in Denver. It’s kind of like an extension of autumn in Denver with the trees just beginning to change and temps in the mid 70’s. Lovely time to be here I think!
